Description:
A refined family based in Monaco seeks a highly organised Personal Assistant to support both private and family matters from the principal’s home. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, household paperwork, vendor and service provider coordination, insurance renewals, shopping and errands, as well as overseeing travel arrangements (flights, visas, hotels, itineraries). You will also prepare and file confidential documents, handle expenses, and liaise with office staff and advisors when required, with occasional travel to Geneva for work. Prior admin experience in a law firm, bank, or finance setting is an advantage, giving confidence with contracts and paperwork. The role also covers home-based tasks such as grocery orders, household purchases, and occasional event planning. Discretion, impeccable follow-through, and proactive problem-solving are musts. We are seeking a bilingual English–French or English–Italian candidate, ideally with excellent bilingual writing skills. Strong digital literacy and the ability to prioritise under pressure complete your profile.
Salary: €4,000-€5,000/net/month (DOE)
