Description:

We’re hiring a Full Time Nanny for a 1 year old on a 169 hour Monegasque contract, live out with accommodation provided. We value a Montessori inspired approach, even without a formal certificate, rooted in observation, respect, and independence. You will create a calm prepared environment with simple, purposeful activities such as practical life tasks like pouring and posting, first little chores, sensorial play, and motor invitations. Early language is encouraged through songs, stories, and real life objects. Your week includes mini learning plans, milestone notes, nutritious meal preparation, nap and bath routines, toy rotation, and beautifully ordered shelves at the child’s height. You will arrange gentle outings, playdates, and appointments, and keep concise daily updates for parents. Flexibility for occasional schedule changes and travel is important. Expect a supportive family, quality materials, and room for creativity.
