What is Our Ambassador Program?
We believe great people know great people, so we’ve created a way to say thank you when you introduce us to them.
Our Ambassador Program rewards individuals who refer new clients or candidates to our recruitment agency. If you connect us with someone who needs household staff (like a nanny, housekeeper, chauffeur or private chef), and we make a successful placement, you’ll receive a reward as a thank-you. The same applies if you introduce a high-quality candidate we haven’t met yet and we place them in a long-term role.
It’s simple, transparent, and rewarding. Just like it should be.
Introduce. We place. You get paid.

Ambassador Rewards
We keep our rewards structure clear and fair. Here’s how it works:
€250 for a new candidate
If we do not already have the candidate in our database, and we successfully place them in a long-term role with a paying client, you will receive a one-time reward of €250.
Please note: If we place the same candidate again in the future, no additional reward is due.
€1,000 for a new client
If you introduce us to a client we have not previously worked with, and we successfully place a candidate with them—and they pay us—you will receive a one-time reward of €1,000.
Please note: This reward only applies to the first successful placement. No further rewards will be paid for future placements with the same client.
Please note: We only accept referrals of individuals you have worked with directly, or know well enough to recommend with full confidence. Referrals should reflect your personal endorsement and align with the standards of professionalism expected by our UHNW clients.
How to Refer Someone
For now, the only way to refer a candidate or client is via WhatsApp:

Please include:
Your full name (so we can register you as the referring ambassador)
The candidate’s CV (for candidate referrals)
A short note on how you know the candidate and why you feel they are a strong recommendation
The name and contact information of the client (for client referrals)
Important:
If you are introducing a client or candidate, please ensure you have their consent (in line with GDPR) to share their contact details with us, or ask them to reach out to us directly, naming you as their ambassador and including your details. You are fully authorised to share our agency’s information with any prospective clients or candidates.
You are also welcome to reach out to us directly to let us know that someone will be getting in touch on your recommendation.
The Agency will notify you via WhatsApp as soon as possible if the referred candidate or client is already registered in our system.
Coming Soon: Online Referral Portal
We are developing a secure online form so you can register referrals directly through our website. In the meantime, WhatsApp remains the only and most efficient method.
Legal Terms
1. Role of the Agency
Platinum Nanny Ltd. (“the Agency”) operates solely as an intermediary introducing candidates to clients. The Agency is not the employer and is not a party to any employment agreement between the candidate and the client.
2. Ambassador Relationship
Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with the Agency. Ambassadors act independently and are not authorised to represent the Agency in any formal capacity.
3. Referral Reward Eligibility
Referral rewards are only issued:
Once a successful placement is made;
After the client has paid the Agency’s invoice in full;
If the referred candidate or client was not already registered in our system;
If the referral was the first received (chronologically) for that candidate or client;
And provided all other conditions are met.
The reward is a one-time payment and will not apply to future placements involving the same candidate or client.
4. Payment Terms
Rewards will be processed after all relevant conditions have been fulfilled. No payment is due if the referral does not result in a confirmed, paid placement.
In the unlikely event that a client fails to pay their invoice, the Agency is under no obligation to pay the referral reward. The Agency will pursue unpaid invoices through formal legal routes where necessary. If recovery is successful, the ambassador’s reward will only be issued after the client has paid in full.
5. Invoicing Requirements
All ambassadors must be legally entitled to invoice Platinum Nanny Ltd. for any referral rewards due. In the UK, this may be done as a sole trader; however, other jurisdictions may require a formal business registration or company licence.
When applying to the Ambassador Program, you must confirm your legal status and eligibility to issue compliant invoices based on your country of tax residence. If you are not legally able to invoice us, we regret that you cannot be accepted into the program.
Ambassadors must submit a valid invoice in order to receive any referral reward. No payments will be made without receipt of a legally compliant invoice.

6. Confidentiality
Ambassadors agree to maintain confidentiality in relation to all information shared during the referral process, including candidate CVs and client details.
7. Data Protection
Ambassadors must obtain clear and explicit consent from the individual(s) they are referring before submitting any personal data to the Agency. The Agency processes all data in accordance with GDPR.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
Referral of a candidate or client does not guarantee that a placement will occur. All placements are at the sole discretion of the client.
9. Program Changes
Platinum Nanny Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
10. Legal Acceptance
By engaging with us as an ambassador, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined above. All conditions are deemed accepted and shall be legally binding. The Agency will not be held liable for any misunderstanding, omission, or dispute relating to your participation in the program.
