A British Aristocratic family is seeking an experienced, energetic Sous-Chef to work alongside their esteemed Head Chef, traveling between London, Oxford, Marbella, and Paris. Ideal candidates are in their late 20s to early 30s, with a background in high-end restaurants, 5-star Hotels’ F&B department, or private households. Responsibilities include preparing meals from breakfast, elevenses to afternoon tea to five-course dinners, catering to both guests (up to 20) and staff. Strict adherence to established traditional recipes and attentiveness to dietary needs are essential. Existing relevant right to work status in the UK/EU for seamless travel is required. This is a unique role offering one day off per week, serving a family with traditional tastes and high standards.
Salary: £55,000-£60,000/gross/annum
